I've been a REALTOR for over 5 years, and to me it has become not just a career but something I LOVE!! 3 out of the 5 years I have achieved the Diamond Society Award, which you can only obtain by selling at least 36 units in that year. On average I have sold a gross amount of between 4-7 million dollars in properties in each of those years - can you tell I love what I do??? I currently made a major career move, and switched from a Coldwell Banker office to Keller Williams Coastal Realty- WHAT AN AWESOME DECISION THAT WAS!!!! In just a matter of a few days I listed a new property (I currently had 8 listings) I already have a buyer lined up for it, and I am listing another property tomorrow!! I'll get you more info as I go, but I am getting a new web site put together, homez-4u.com, (it should be up & running this weekend) so things are looking up!!!!!!

It is a NH requirement that at the time of each renewal I am to have taken 2 elective courses and 1 core course before I can even renew my license so education is key in this profession!! At Keller Williams we have classes available to take almost everyday of the week, so I get to stay on top of the what's going on in the market, keeping my clients up to date with the most current information and furthering my education!

I'm a mother of 2 wonderful boys, and I have a husband who is super supportive!! He too had his Real Estate license (untill just recently- his new promotion didn't allow time for it) so I have a sort of "assistant" if you will, so by hiring me you really have the power of two working for you.
