Purchased and rehabbed a house close to the bay in Portsmouth, RI that we are now renting.
We have recently completed two basement bathroom projects that each required cutting into the concrete floor and plumbing a sewage ejection pump.
We have also rehabbed a rental apartment over a commercial business, including a laminate plank floating floor, new windows, and electrical work, and painting throughout.
Now doing extensive interior renovations on a vacation estate in Massachusetts and bidding a fire renovation project in Rhode Island.
