You know that so many are out of work right now but if you look around the world there are projects everywhere going on, putting thousands of contractors to work. 

I have been contacted by the Palestinians to assist in the rebuilding of the Gaza Strip. 

I am also working with Contractors in the States to put 300,000 contractors back to work.  So much is going on it just never seems fast enough!

Just wanted to pass along a source that I have found for new construction work.  Constructionsummary.com lists new jobs daily for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.  It is mostly commercial work (shopping centers, medical buildings, etc.), but from time to time they do list residential projects as well.  I have also seen requests for plowing or property maintenance listed.  You can access the job listing online, as well as online plans for the projects, and the list is upd... Well folks its looking like a good year for the building trade.nothing like the 90's but better then last year or nothing at all.here in maine we are pushing for licensed contractors and i cant wait till it happens. No more fly by nighters and wanna be carpenters under cutting us.Let me know how your summer is shaping up and your views on the licensing of maine contractors.
