I have advertised twice in PennySaverUsa.com. This is very popular in California.

I got full color page for $8.70 per 1000 homes.
I got fairly good amount of success with it. For half page they are
charging $7.10 /1K. If any of you interested in advertising , then we
can split the page in half. As you see we can save good amount of money.
