Getting an answer

Hi all. I have never blogged before so be patient with me.  I wanted to know how other contractors deal with one issue. Mainly, you go meet with the client go over the project they SEEM gung-ho and you go back, do your figuring call them with the quote, and they either say oh, I think I will hold off for now or say, great can you send it out. We type up the contract then never here from them. We will touch base after a week and leave a message to still get no answer. Do you f... Read More

The child is alone.  Home; without walls.  The ground is wet with snow
cover, slush & icy mud.  His toes frozen beyond his senses.  His
