Everyday I try and think about which way to go with our website. One of my ideas is to make it a Corporation with shares to try and build capital to advertise our site.
I'm also talking with other owners of other sites that have great software, for contractors, that I would love to see joined with us to create a better format for our alliance.

We now have over 900 members in our business alliance,... I can still remember when we had only 2.
Thank you all for joining our alliance, we are truly grateful.
For the new members, my name is Brad Porter and I am the CEO of this website, my username is THEGENERAL. I am 31 years of age, have 4 children, own 3 businesses and am involved in many other ventures. I can truly say I love life!
I get emails and calls from many of you looking for work because of this crazy economy. I have been able to assist some of you and many I have not had the chance to assist yet. My goal is still, and will always be, to make our site a household name and you all are the founding members that are the foundation of this business alliance.
Today I would like to invite you to one of my other ventures that you could take advantage of, or maybe someone you know could take advantage of this. I am a member of a group that has a website called The Global Information Network. This site will not officially launch until Nov. 1st. But with my invite you can become a member or an affiliate now.
It does cost to be a member, but it costs nothing to be an affiliate. You can make money with this group both ways. This is not for everyone! As a member I am privy to much knowledge that costs many thousands of dollars with some of the top minds in marketing, not to mention the link to Oxford University's scholarship online. I have told some of Contractors-United members about this that are now members as well as affiliates. Today I tell all our members in this mass email. This is a way to make some extra money and you don't have to do anything at all but invite someone to become a member. The site does a good job in selling its self. I can tell you as a member myself, I think it's worth it.

Sorry about the last couple of weeks, we had to upgrade the site and something went wrong. Thank you all for being a part of our alliance! Please, Please, Please, make sure your contact information is on your page along with what type of contractor you are, Pictures help as well as something about your self. I have received some complaints from the public that it is to hard to find the right contractor or even the contractors contact info... You could be losing a job right now!

We have teamed up with SeaSide Property Group and Contractor1 in an office at 881 Lafayette Rd. Suite C Hampton NH. If you are interested in working with us, PPGC, llc THEGENERAL and SeaSide, please fax your insurance info to 603 778 8551 so we know what you have for coverage. Also let Contractor1 know if you would like a quote on your insurance needs. We also have a few realtors we are working with in NH like kaceyhomes. So when you have the time check us out and lets start to network United.
I know its slow going out there in this economy but it has to turn around sooner or later and when it does we want to be ready.

Everyone should have their own blog on the site as to what they do and who they are. A blog can be seen by everyone that looks on your profile.
Oh and lets try and get some more pictures in the albums, I have received emails from the public that would like to see more of what you guys can do before they hire.

Please take the time to update and add contact info on your page. Our BROWSE tab in here is to allow us to find a contractor in any area as well as what type of contractor they are.
This is important for when people look on the site they will search out what they want through the browser. If you are not in the right category then you might loose out on someone looking for your services.
I will be looking for contractors in NH, Maine and Mass this summer so please check in every once and a while to see what is going on with your group and check out any blogs I put up.
Also, lets try and post any leads anyone hears about on the site. If we assist each other I ask that we find a way to pay out a finders fee to someone that leads us to work.
